I provide a fresh look from experienced eyes to ensure that your written work is in the best possible shape for your readers.
What I do
When copy-editing I carefully read every sentence of a publication to ensure that it flows well, that the arguments are clear and consistent, and that there are no grammar or punctuation errors. I also help to ensure that citations and reference lists are correct and that URLs are active.
My experience
I have over 10 years' experience in copy-editing and proofreading. I specialise in research and policy publications aimed at policy makers and the general public, and have particular experience in the subject areas of education policy, children's health and well-being, and public governance.
My clients
Clients include the OECD (Organisation for Economic
Co-operation and Development), RAND, an international research organisation, Ark, an education charity, and the CAGE Research Centre at the University of Warwick.
